Got up early and headed for Porthtowan and found a nice wave with sets up to head high, got there just before 7am and found that there were already 12 out surfing. Headed out and then remembered why I had been surfing penhale after getting smacked by white water a few times, still caught a few good waves and had some nice rides, defiantly getting quicker to my feet, a great way to start the morning.
